My gosh, this series was so enjoyable, each book better than the last.

As far as this particular book was concerned, it did a great job of tying up everything and ending the series in a subtle but powerful way.

The entire thing is so well written that I felt like I knew these people, their lives. The story and the writing were so immersive that reading it felt insanely gratifying at every turn.

This series is a must read. I had such a great time with it that I will be hunting down physical copies to add to my shelf. It is spooky, heartwarming, emotional and all around, good.

I can’t believe it’s over. I’m very sad because this series was so good. I’m hung up on the concept of motherhood in these books. Are there any good mothers? What does one have to sacrifice in order to be a good mother? I can’t really talk about it without giving up spoilers, but I thought this was an interesting facet of the books, especially the last one.
