I'm getting close to the end and I'm really wondering how this is going to go. Shuu is getting more and more comfortable expressing themself as a girl, I think. Takatsuki on the other hand seems to be leaning more towards being nonbinary than just being a man. This series feels so realistic in its portrayals of gender, gender envy, and self acceptance. You get so many perspectives and everyone sees things just a little differently. It's a really good read in that aspect. These kids have grown up so much. I'm wondering if the series will end with them as adults.

I’m really enjoying Chiba-san coming out of her shell but still setting boundaries. I’m also happy to see Takatsuki-kun dressing more like herself for school. I want Ebina-san to meet Yuki-san or a therapist so he doesn’t have to talk to a child about what he’s working through.
