This book is as phenomenal as Slammed, Maybe Someday, and Ugly Love.

Colleen Hoover writes masterpieces.
That make me ball my eyes out. In a good way.

GOOD! I really liked this book, but the writing was too simplistic for my liking and the main character, though I understand, was always crying over something.

Don't hate me for giving this book 3 stars! I thoroughly enjoyed sitting down to read this book, it was cutesy but also just really painful to read sometimes. The poor characters, all of them, went through so much. I enjoyed the different traits of each (Six being my favorite).

I loved how all the plot twists kept coming. Just one after the other after the other. It was intriguing and really kept me on my toes. I loved the depth of every character, most specifically Holder and Sky. I was not at all let down by this book and what I expected upon opening it.

Now, to why I gave it three stars. The book was kind of average, I don't think I would read it again. It was good- I'm not trying to contradict against that. However, the writing style I think is what got me the most. It was very simplistic writing and almost melodramatic.

At the beginning of the book, Sky talks about how she hates to cry and the last time she shed a tear was when she was five years old. Okay, I get that. Then next thing you know she is crying on every single page and it's just kind of a bit much. I understand she is going through an unspeakable amount of turmoil but girl, come on.

Anyway- enjoyed the book, average liking to it, loved the plot twists. Keep writing Colleen Hoover! This is the first book I have read by you and I'm looking forward to picking up more of your writing.

Celkem průměrná NA romance. První polovina se mi líbila určitě víc, pak to začalo být melodramatické a docela ucajdané. Nechápu, proč si žádná kniha v tomhle žánru nedokáže tu lehkost a zábavnost udržet až do konce.

I was told that this was a really good quick read, and after the first couple of pages, I thought that it was a bit young for me, but that all changed after a while. Granted the book was a bit young, however, the story line as a whole was amazing. There were moments when I thought "that did not just happen".

Overall, I would recommend this to anyone.

Oh my gosh, talk about feeling all the feelings! It’s hard to put into words what exactly was so amazing about this book without spoiling it, but I would say how authentic the main character’s journey was, and how easy it was to fall in love with multiple characters in this story. I cried multiple times and this book does deal with some very heavy topics but it does so in a wonderful way. 5+ stars.
