A good read for somebody trying to learn some basic heuristics and rules of thumb to make sense of the deluge of data we are constantly presented with in modern life. The book doesn’t go into math concepts much, so if that’s your interest this isn’t for you. However, if you’re looking to improve your understanding of interpreting stats, this is a solid place to start

A well-written summary of the many considerations for making sense of statistics and what they mean. Written in an accessible way. A solid book about data.

Interesting but a little too dry and economics heavy in places. It is though enjoyable and does make you think, which after all is the point.
