Siempre tuve curiosidad sobre el primer libro de Hércules Poirot pero hay libros de esta saga que me gustan mucho más. Ha sido entretenido.

The Mysterious Affair at Styles by Agatha Christie is a classic murder mystery novel that was first published in 1920. The story takes place in England and revolves around the murder of Emily Inglethorp, a wealthy woman who lived at Styles Court. The investigation into her death is led by Hercule Poirot, a renowned detective, who must navigate the web of motives and suspects surrounding the case, including members of Emily's own household.
The book is considered to be one of Christie's earliest works and is famous for introducing Poirot, who would go on to become one of the most famous detectives in mystery fiction. The novel is notable for its use of red herrings, twists, and turns, making it a classic example of the Golden Age of Detective Fiction.

An introduction to detective Poirot. Decent crime thriller with a great start but the last chapters dragged. Ending felt unsatisfying and Poirot came off as a know it all. There are better Agatha Christie novels.
