What a mental rollercoaster. Wow.

After a while I found that the spicy parts took away from the storyline and found myself skipping over those sections haha, but even though I found most of the twists predictable I really did enjoy the storyline and development of Brees relationships with the people in Pelion.

For the most part I loved this book! The writing and storyline between Archer and Bree was so cute and sweet, I was absolutely obsessed. Thank god I didn’t read this book when I was younger because my standards for men would have been far too high. The spicy scenes were also *chefs kiss* and not cringe at all which is always nice

My critiques:
- was really expecting to cry from the plot twist, and I did not. It was kind of expected and it was literally resolved less that 3 pages later, so booktok really had me fooled on that one
- Archer is lowkey overdramatic. I get it, that man has literally the most trauma ever but my god please get your emotions in check and don’t jump to the furthest bad conclusion at the smallest sign of trouble
