So good. The usual DI Jackman and Marie Evans with returns from the great cast of characters with a couple of new ones. I’m ridiculously invested in the emotional well-being of these fictional characters which is a compliment to the author on her story-telling. Spoiler alert: It’s a long time since I’ve been so devastated for a fictional character.
