This was cute! I'll probably read the welcoming. I loved the character design and I thought the funny parts were well done.

A really beautifully illustrated story of Hades and Persephone!

It was refreshing after reading lore Olympus and a touch of darkness series to see a story sticking a little more to the true Greek mythology style.

Demeter is seen as more of a caring rather than controlling mother and Hades rather than being seen as the villain is simply falling head over heels in love with P

I could have loved it if there were more than 12 chapters. I guess, I have to keep waiting.

I'm a sucker for anything having to do with Greek mythology, so I enjoyed reading this. I liked the artwork and the ebook version that I read gave a rundown on how the character designs came to be. Can't wait for more.

3.8 stars - I enjoyed the art style and the introduction of other gods/characters I haven't seen (yet) in Persephone/Hades books such as Alecto

While I enjoy the spin on the classic, I've read so many adaptations that I don't know if this version of a shy and awkward Hades is for me - he was too shy at first to make me feel like he really is the all powerful god of the underworld. He is adorable though

I think this isn't as good to me in comparison to Lore Olympus just because I love it so much but that's not to say I don't like this or think it's good!

I've read the full webtoon to date, which this first volume only goes up to episode 14 (there's 26 at the time of writing this) so am tempted to put as read twice but we'll see haha

I'd definitely say give this a go as it shines more on the world of the gods in a more traditional setting than that of Lore Olympus which goes full modern, which I do like both for!

All in all, I will continue to read it for sure but I don't think I can sell my heart to it just yet

I love Punderworld. The art is fantastic and the take on Hades and Persephone is fun.
