I read this type of book pretty often, but so many of the boil down to the same premise: white person of means laments the fact that everyone isn’t doing thing X. Well, generally, that’s because we don’t all have the time, money, or stability to do thing X.

The information is fun and interesting, and I always learn something. But sometimes, it’s just too much.

Can someone seriously buy me a giant freezer, I'll get the cow, and let's eat. Ugh. The cravings from this book. I dream chuck roasts covered in rosemary and standing rib roasts with Caesar salad. Awesome read!
