Things are picking up as we near the end of this series, and I’m enjoying the ride! The birthday celebrations were so sweet in this volume and I like that it provided some grounding to the time skip. Hijiri is very much planning for the future, while Koyori seems to avoid planning it, instead enjoying each day as they come.
The cliffhanger for this volume was a bit brutal: what will the conversation entail?? Guess I’ll figure it out soon, lol.

Still cute. All my reviews for this are practically the same. Like seeing how the couple's relationship is progressing, though more on that below, and the side characters are fun. Enomoto is adorable, though I thought it was kind of weird to have an interstitial on him and his childhood friend in the middle of the main story.
I can't believe I'm writing this, but I kinda wish they'd bang a little less and do a bit more plot stuff instead. Though we did get a little more of Hijiri having to work on his communication skills (rather than is always being on Koyori, though she's still in a similar rut of repeating the same mistakes), and in theory they're on the cusp of the next big thing with engagement rings and wedding bells...it feels like this story is sort of in a holding pattern rather than really progressing.
I know Yoshida is a dick, but the marriage announcement/who his fiancee is...really guy? Do better.

What do you mean? That the two of them agreed that this is nice once in a while. THEY'RE AT IT SEVEN DAYS A WEEK! Anyway, still a gorgeous volume. I adore the healthy relationship that's ever growing.
Now, I'm reading the english version with the title, Changes of Heart, and found out that the japanese transliteration of the title is, Honnou Switch, which means Instinct Switch which is kinda wild. Now, the francais translation is a bit more raw and literal: Switch Me On what the fuck? Talking about sexual innuendos here. I just realized it's giving out the real essence of the story, with it being too intimate and all. Whatever happened to the English title click baiter? They're making it look like a shoujo manga in disguise!
Also, this kinda gives the Wotakoi vibes in some sense—but with less actual video games and with lots of sex.
