Love me some great eighteen heroine with a mind of her own even if she's a virgin and very inexperienced in life but is willing to make something out of her life.
To make a better life and escape the one that she's living now, Alexandra has made an awful decision that will leave her to meet her next boss Erik.

This age gap romance is a perfect match for two very different characters that come from different words but start towards a slow burn romance with being friends and trying to know each other first and also to resist the pull to each other and the desire for more even if all these thoughts will make them regret or think twice about their actions in the morning after.
I wanted to shout at Erik for being such a douche so many times and also to cheer for any small step they took towards their relation, but at times, even if the chemistry and desire was there i didn't feel it like that,it was more of a just friends that care for each other and will try to keep the other safe. That being said, this book was still a great read and can't wait to read the next one as the epilogue left me mouth opened.

This had potential but the execution and the immature behaviour of especially the main male character had me skimming to see if I should stop and dig in more. Alas no. The saving sex slave angle was also a bit too much on top of him thinking about or screwing a ton of women. And I always hate books where the guy has never spent the night. Really in fifteen years you've never spent the night? It's up there with never kissed on the lips as a trope I just roll my eyes at.

This age-gap romance is the 3rd installment in the Voyeur series. Overall Erik Brandt has a tender heart but he was an epic alphahole to Alexandra for more than 50% of the story. I got whiplash with his mood swings. Eventually he redeemed himself. Overall, an enjoyable read.

I loved this book! I loved how Alex even though she was young she managed to be resilient. Even though life seemed to be knocking her down, she keeps getting back up. Erik is older, and he keeps saving her. She can’t help but love him. Erik couldn’t seem to let her go. I loved how romantic the ending was!

Age gap
Slow burn

I have mixed feelings about this one. I didn’t like the characters at first because Alex was being so stupid and Erick was so mean to her. Then it got better and I liked a little Erick’s hero complex. The spice was good, but very different from the other books
