I think all parents should read this book. Not only I learned what are the underlying needs behind kid’s misbehaving, I learned to accept and love myself and heal the wounds with my since childhood.

Like all parenting books, there are pieces I will take and pieces I will not. Lots of good strategies for dealing with certain scenarios, but may not apply to kids who are neuro divergent. I did like that it was very low shaming of parents and encouraged a lot of self reflection.
