Great book to read to get a simple, easy to get basic of Taoism. Found it really refreshing. Made Pooh all that more endearing. Onto Piglet next...

Taoism is a fascinating, yet challenging concept to wrap my head around. It feels like both an unsolvable riddle and the answer to life.
It’s useful to have Pooh as a reference point for Taoism in-practice.
All in all, I think many of these ideas (the Uncarved Block, Do Nothing, Things Are As They Are, Inner Nature, etc) simply need time to sit and percolate in my mind for me to understand them better, just like how I needed more time to mull over the Tao Te Ching when I first read it.

Childlike; easy to understand. I like the active Pooh inside the pages, along with the other characters of The One Hundred Acre Forest; I like the slow paced sentences and the humor lurking in between lines. I like the Tao way of life, the simplicity of living at one with life’s natural rhythms; everything encourages to live in awareness.
