This was a lovely middle-grade all about the power of books. I enjoyed the eccentric uncle and how he helped Juan discover books and reading. It felt truly magical and fantastical with a bookish "scavenger hunt" for a special book.

This is a book for young and adults, it doesn’t matter if they only share their common passion for books, because The Wildbook is an adventure full of books, my dream come true!

A wonderful story of books, magic, family, and friendship. Reminiscent of the Phantom Toll Booth and The Last of the Whangdoodles.
