Virgina, como siempre, da en el blanco. Quizá me hubiese demorado menos con el libro en físico, pero creo que mi lectura no fue tan fluida porque los contextos de las discusiones de los feminismos de "ahora" han cambiado mucho. No creo que los temas de Tres Guineas (las guerras, el facismo, el patriarcado, la misoginia, el empobrecimiento a las mujeres) estén caducos, pero ciertamente ahora hay distintos matices que muchas voces han sumado y colocado a esas discusiones; el transfeminismo, los feminismos negros, comunitarios y tantos otros. Ahora podríamos leer Tres Guineas como un ensayo feminista y que aporta fuentes históricas de la vida cotidiana y de la misoginia en la Inglaterra de entre siglos XIX-XX.

On one page she demands equal work for women, black and white women. On the other page, she says "let me translate this kitchen maid's language to you." Sure, it's outdated feminism, but it's still good.
