I loved the transition from them flirting and having individual kissing scenes with them to them all saying ‘oh we can just share her’. Sometimes I don’t understand why the mcs are afraid of the villains in books but in this one I understand, jackal has so much power and so many connections that she is fucked if he finds out that anyone has touched what’s ‘his’ and that cliffhanger omg am I worried for them in the next book. Im also glad that they still showed the best friend scenes and that she isn’t going to get lost in the relationship.

This story keeps getting more and more twisted and I love it! Although the nickname still irks me the wrong way, it's starting to grow on me.
Still, no spice in this book, but I'm okay with it

it just keeps getting better.

After surviving her first year at Hannaford Prep alone, Lips finally has a new best friend to lean on. You would think that would make life easier, but now Ash is set on ruining her and Harley and Blaise are just as guilty. As the drama at school increases, so does the risk of losing everything Lips hold dear. The Jackel is coming and Lips needs to make her move.

I love this series. I thoroughly enjoyed the first book, but Avery and Lips teaming up just makes everything 100x better. Their friendship is amazing. Their willingness to defend each other is how all female friendships should be. I loved how easily they integrated into each other's lives without losing the parts of themselves that make them unique.

Ash drove me crazy throughout the entire book. His inability to see past his own experiences made me want to strangle him, but also set me up to fall in love with Harley. Harley is by far my favorite boy. His fierce protectiveness over Lips and Avery is beautiful and his love for his friends is admirable.

Lips inability to see how much the boys wanted her frustrated me a bit but her innocence and lack of experience made me understand how she could miss such obvious signs. I am so excited to see how her relationships with Avery and the boys progress throughout the series.

Recommend to anyone who enjoys a darker romance.

Really wish you got the boys POV throughout but at least Make My move exists.
