Most of these suggestions are just silly. I can think of better uses for food than putting it in your hair.

Handy reference guide, but maybe not one-stop shopping - I'm not sure I'd have it around just for the occasional look-up.

It might rather be thought like “A guide for adulting” and unless you have lots of experience in housework, it’s a good choice as a guide.
