Absolute classic. Issue is, the jokes don’t hold up for new kids! It’s difficult when the youngsters have to have terms and names for things explained to them.

But I will forever love the moment that Amelia puts the (boy or girl) chicken in lederhosen.

Being admonished to Don't Drink and Don't Drink and Drive always drives me crazy. It's not that I'm precise in language but lack of precision in others is certainly something I notice. So even though Amelia Bedelia is over the top, it still kind of works. People should say what they mean, even if the English language doesn't help them with that. With good enough art.
