The illustrations are gorgeous! This was a great read and I’m excited for volume two. I only deducted some partial points because sometimes it was hard to tell who was talking due to the layout of the panels. 

Also I appreciated there was a content warning at the beginning as there is some mild abuse in the book.

This was such a fun read. The content warnings in the beginning were definitely necessary and were much appreciated. When an author takes the time to add content warnings, you know they really care about the readers experience, which is one of the many reasons  I gave this book 5 stars.

Wow…. This was so good 😊. The art style was absolutely beautiful and I just love a good Hades & Persephone retelling and I cannot wait to start the next book.

Enjoyed this more than I expected tbh, with some genuine laugh-out-loud moments! 

Love the colour scheme for the artwork. Love Hades and his many dogs. And LOVE Eros, what an adorable bean! 

Hate Apollo, though. He can catch these hands. 

Overall, it was an easy afternoon read, and I'm intrigued enough to pick up Vol. 2 at some point!
