A solid mystery/thriller that had me guessing til the very end! 

I was intrigued by the serial killer aspect of the plot but did feel like there were some missing pieces of Nora’s dad’s story and her childhood that could have been explained more. For example, we don’t know about any other of her dad’s victims, how he lured them in, how he involved Nora, what knowledge Nora’s mother had of his acts, etc., and I feel like these details could have enhanced the story. I really wasn’t sure what to think of Nora throughout the book — I’m still not sure how I feel about her. 

Overall, a quick and easy read!

This had the signature McFadden twist, but it felt a little unfinished. Like there was information and threads without explanation. Also, the narrator was not my favorite. Also can't cope with a millennial character who just hasn't heard of a farmers' market? Like get real lol

Yikes. This was not it Freida. The writing in this one was pretty bad and the narration unfortunately was whiny and grating.. idk if that was on purpose but almost DNF due to that alone. FM def has better books out there.
