Why am I reading these books that clearly aren’t for me?

This was an incredible book. I think I’ve guessed the twist every single time and I just haven’t, every single twist had my jaw on the ground, and I had a great time trying to guess!

Freida McFadden writes in a way that keeps you hooked from page one. Even though Nora isn’t the most lovable character, you know she’s the way she is because of her childhood. I have to say the twist ruined everything that was built up for me, I actually laughed out loud at the reveal and the dialogue that followed. Regardless, I had an amazing time reading.

The first of Frieda McFadden's books I have read and I really enjoyed it. It has all the ingredients of a good thriller. Intrigue, suspense and twists. It always frustrates me when protagonists do stupid things, and Nora does make some bad decisions but it makes for a more interesting plot I'm sure!
