The more I read, the more I get sucked in!  Something about the characters is really engaging - I'm rooting for everybody.  Well, not IV.  But our other main and recurring characters so far. And who wouldn't love that fabulous entrance at the end?  Looking forward to seeing what everyone gets up to in the next volume.

Again, another amazing volume of Saga. Both the art and the story are truly touching, captivating, and filled with emotion.

Honestly, the pacing throughout these is pretty much spot on, even with the nonlinear timeline we have going on. Hazel's narration adds an element of mystery, and we still don't quite know what that mystery is (maybe soon??). The art just adds to all the great elements of the writing, and it's just a great combination. Like I said below.

Brian K. Vaughan is probably one of my favorite comic writers, and his skill shows in this series. And the art! Fiona Staples is at her prime. Combine the two of them and magic happens. Really. Re-reading this is one of my best choices for 2020 this far.
