This was the perfect book to end the year on! Quick, sweet, spicy, and best of all... no unnecessary third act breakup or miscommunication!
I loved seeing Shae open up and Nick make the world better for his girls. Is it an insta-love Hallmark of a story? Yep! Did I devour it knowing what was going to happen the entire time? Yep!
There are quite a few editing errors that I was surprised made it into the final product (even some where the POV changes). Other than that, this could have been 5 stars.

I really liked the relationship between the male main character and the female main characters kids. I do think the book was a little long and the conflict between the two main characters was repetitive. There was a part of the book where the characters would say โgo teamโ and I thought that was really cute throughout the book. I would recommend the book for anyone who enjoys the single parent, trope, in the Christmas mood, and likes spicy books.
