If you give a man your trust, trust him to love you, to care for you, he doesn’t hurt you. Not in any way, shape, or form. And if he does, no matter what, it’s not your fault. He was an adult, not a child unable to control his actions.”

This was a story of over the top, buttons, ribbons and bows, I won’t back down, let me show you how a real man treats his woman, second chance love.

Shae is a recently divorced, single mother of two adorable girls. Her ex is a narcissistic asshat who is out to get her for leaving him.

Nick is the father of the guy Shae met on tinder but quickly figured out they were just good friends.

Nick is the kind of guy that probably doesn’t fully exist in real life. Where in a normal world if a guy was doing this you might wonder what his ulterior motives are but because this is a sticky sweet holiday read just know you can leave all those worries behind.

Expect I’ll spoil you to the ends of my bank account, just to be close to you, patience of a saint, a man who loves to feast, tie you down and show you my love vibes.

Beautiful story with just enough heat to make it not a Hallmark movie.

His wet finger slides up and down my pussy, from the entrance to swollen clit, circling around it before repeating the circuit until my hips are shifting gently, trying to get more. “God, I wanna eat this,”

This book felt like Morgan said “let’s take all the things book tok is obsessed with and put them in a book.” Which is fine except that I felt like there was no real plot and it jumped around so much. I also found Nick to be so over the top and is interest in Shae was too instalovey for me. Overall, really just wasn’t my vibe.

**thank you Morgan for this lovely little thing**

I honestly don’t think you can write a bad book!

This was the cutest little read!

Shae’s walls, who were built so high thanks to her dick of an ex, slowly come down. Brick by brick.

I loved everything about this book! Watching the girls trust him, Shae trusting him. They might be my favorite couple (sorry Abbie and Damien!)

Morgan Elizabeth.... How can you leave the epilogue without showing us how he proposes?! Dang it, girl. Anyway ... I adored Nick. I thought it was ridiculously sweet that he drove 1 hour each way to fix up the elf. I loved how patient he was with Shae. Shae is fiercely independent and I was definitely cheering her on when it came to overcoming the trust issues she had after her divorce. Ruby and Harper were adorable and I felt extra protective over them. I initially had this as 5 stars but docked 1 because of the epilogue not telling about the proposal.

This is the perfect little Christmas book. Shae and her girls' healing journey throughout was so wonderful to read about, and Nick was seriously the perfect man for their little family.

I didn't expect to cry while reading this, but the storyline of Shea getting out of an abusive relationship and thriving after really just hit me in a way I wasn't expecting. Nick was so patient and kind with her and her girls. This man literally drove 2 hours every single day in the middle of his busiest season just so he could spend time with Shea and make her girls happy. FREAKING SWOONING.

Morgan Elizabeth always kills it. Loved it.
