Not my favorite of this series so far. It wasn’t bad, I just didn’t have as much fun with this one as I did with the others. This one did align more with game events and didn’t have as much added content as the other ones. I did appreciate as I read this volume that it did feel as if I were playing the video game.
One thing I did notice in this volume, that bothers me slightly (not enough to negatively impact my enjoyment), is that it feels Link doesn’t reuse the weapons he acquires. He’ll get a new weapon, use it within the same volume and later it completely goes away and doesn’t come back.
This series is still going strong for me and still very fun.
