This was a fun read all about the different translations and variations of Bashō's most famous haiku. The best moment, though, was when I discovered that the illustrations are set up to make a flip-book! You can watch your darling ink frog leap into the pond. Does he go splash, plop, splash? The sound of water is yours to decide.
