4.5 stars rounded down. I absolutely loved this book! I enjoyed the first, but loved this even more. Navigating through physical and mental disabilities while in or trying to get into a relationship can be debilitating in itself. This book shed light on both of those things. Can’t wait to start the next book in the series!

I'll be honest... Due to the significant stressors facing our country right now, I find myself craving good, fun romances that end with a solid Happily Ever After, and if they include some smuttiness, even better! It was in that vein that I requested this book.
Based only on the storyline, I would probably give this book a 4* review. It was everything I had hoped for, though there wasn't anything that was *earth-shattering* about the story line. There were two points that set this book apart from most that I've read, though, and pushed this book into solid 5* territory.
First, the author included a playlist. She suggests one song at the beginning of each of the 31 chapters, and for those of us who are unwilling to stop reading mid-book to listen to the music, the complete playlist is also posted on Spotify. Super fun idea, and I've really enjoyed the musical selections!
Second (and most significantly), our heroine deals with two specific issues that cause marginalization (she is on the autism spectrum and is differently abled due to rheumatoid arthritis). The author treats each of those issues fairly and with gentle care. I was not surprised to learn that the author, herself, is autistic, as she seemed very knowledgeable and shared a lot of great tips- even in a fictionalized setting.
I enjoyed reading this book and look forward to other works by this author! My thanks to #NetGalley, the author, and publisher for the opportunity to read an ARC of this book.
(Final note- one character in the book is an extreme Harry Potter fan. I appreciate that the author included an acknowledgement of JK Rowling's recent troublesome tweets. Well done!)

A fun read, with well developed three dimensional characters... And I do love a boy who likes Shakespeare!
