Let me just start by saying I adore the writing of Melanie McFarlane. I was lucky enough to read her first book when it first came out, and let me tell you... I fell in love. An original idea, finally. Summoner Rising was quite interesting and developed well. I did struggle at some points with the simple writing style but the action kept up the pace. What will happen in #2??
