I didn’t want this book to end. I love how much I felt like I was in Darcy’s world. I didn’t want this book to end. This is a true fictional coming of age story. From High school drama to family life issues. I felt like this book was some I could pick up over and over and fall in love with the characters from the start over again. Is so cute.
Moderate: Alcoholism, Car accident, and Alcohol
Minor: Bullying, Eating disorder, Mental illness, Panic attacks/disorders, and Abandonment

I enjoyed the way the characters verbalized their inner lives in a way that felt natural and insightful. the dialogue was a joy to read. i liked that a variety of real issues were tackled without being overbearing to the tone of the novel. Laura’s writing has let to leave me disappointed. I’d recommend this to anyone that loves words and strength that they can draw from others that love them too.
Graphic: Mental illness
Moderate: Addiction, Chronic illness, Grief, Car accident, Abandonment, and Injury/Injury detail
Minor: Bullying, Misogyny, Medical content, and Stalking
