I own this entire series and it’s been at least 10 years since I’ve read it. I decided to listen to it this time around and I’m reminding once again why Carter Diamond is OG Book Bae !

As I reviewed in the first book the back story was mentioned in The Cartel but this was just more detailed. I guess it was good to know why Terrain felt the way she did and how things unfolded in The Cartel with Carter Jones.

Poor Tonya. I like both her and Tyran, if I had to choose who I like better I couldn't do it. Also this book has the return of the "love box", every time I hear that I can't help but giggle.

I'm not sure why they are dragging this along. Just tell me the WHOLE story, please!!!! Too good & too short to be a 3 part series

Pretty good quick read. Wish it was longer. The ending is a cliffhanger making you want more.
