Some great reflections on grief. I love Cecily and really enjoyed this opportunity to get to know her more. She’s honest and unapologetic with her emotions in a way that invites the reader to freely reflect on their own experiences with loss. It’s a journey through the pandemic and death in general, so I don’t recommend reading if you’re not ready to reflect on loss and many of the peak fears and challenges of 2020 (but do pick it up once you’re prepared!). I laughed, I got teary, and I wrote down a line that so perfectly encapsulated my own experiences with grief and loss. I do recommend the audiobook as she reads it herself!
