The first half was very interesting, the characters felt real. Second half the characters became obsessed with horror tropes and the ending just fell flat. It was a five star read until about the 75% mark.

The writing style was strange, so the plot was hard to follow. There were a lot of sentence fragments, and thoughts that started from the main plot, making it easy to get confused. The horror aspect was lacking; there was a lot of potential in the world building, but I found it to be a let down. Personally wouldn't recommend.
