In Don't Kill in Our Names: Families of Murder Victims Speak Out against the Death Penalty Rachel King details the murders of several people and the journey of their loved ones to forgiveness and advocacy against the death penalty and how they got to a place of forgiveness as well.
The story of these very ordinary people taking what is nothing less than an extrodinary journery to stand up for their morals even when it may cost them even more than they have already lost.
The stories presented in this book were gutwrenching: children dying, children murdering, people killing with little motive but the stories of their family members moving above their base instincts is inspiring.
