i think i enjoyed reading the script in the back of this edition more than the comic itself, which was also brilliant. i just love when writers explain what they’re trying to convey, and discuss the minute details that no one else knows.

Worth reading for the art alone, but luckily the words in between are also very good. Probably my favorite version of the Joker and Two Face!

Arkham's Story

The artwork alone is worth reading this title. It's fits perfectly with the most unsettling, horrific and violent batman tales.

Not a fan of the art style, though I can’t deny its flair. What irks me most is Batman’s portrayal, which is completely foreign to virtually any other portrait I’ve seen of him. The story, such as it is, is more a showcase for ideas than it is a story. It’s compelling at times, but ultimately falls a bit flat for me.
