interesting read as to why we don’t really NEED all the products we use to keep “clean”, but it made me feel bad about my usage and i don’t necessarily think i’ll be stopping personal hygiene myself

Very interesting theories about cleanliness - especially right now in a pandemic. That said, he didn't talk me out of my showers, skin care rituals, etc. However, it does make me reconsider the value of my rituals.
