It’s hard to rate a collection as one, so I’m not going to try. I have always loved Levithan’s tradition of writing stories for his friends on Valentine’s Day, because who doesn’t want a friend like that? Some of these stories are beautiful and will stick with me for a long time. “Give Them Words” especially is one I will keep coming back to in the future.

A lovely assortment of poems and short stories written by a fabulous author. I loved every telling of how love can look different for everyone, and the format made it perfect for reading just one (or "just one more") story before bed

3.5 rounded up because queer stories (especially own voices queer stories) are so important, and I feel like this will be very impactful for the right readers! I'm not huge on short stories and thought they'd be connected, but there's no link between each one and half are fiction, half are non-fiction, which I wasn't expecting.

For me, it was cliche and some of the stories were ab teens, but wa sjust not relatable at all. I cringed so much.

This collection of short stories is worth reading simply for the 19th track, but it won’t have the same impact without reading all 18 others beforehand.

Como todos os livros de contos, sempre tem uns contos que você gosta e uns que acha meio meh.
Os contos que eu gostei muito foram: Track One: Quiz Bowl Antichrist; Track Six: Your Temporary Santa; Track Seven: Storytime; Track Eight: A Better Writer; Track Ten: Snow Day; Track Eleven: The Woods; Track Twelve: A Brief History of First Kisses; Track Thirteen: As the Philadelphia Queer Youth Choir Sings Katy Perry's "Firework"...; Track Fifteen: Twelve Months; Track Sixteen: The Hold e Track Eighteen: We.

O resto dos contos eu achei meio meh, mas acho que não teve nenhum que eu achei ruim, acho que vale a pena a leitura.
