I'm a little behind picking this up, but the autobiography is entertaining, informative, and well-written. Kudos Diana DeVille for typing up all of RJD's handwritten notes and Mick Wall for turning the notes into a narrative. I really enjoyed Wendy Dio's added comments/clarifications/anecdotes throughout the book! The book provided the triumphs, tragedies, and all the nonsense in between that was RJD's musical career. If you are late to reading this and are a rock fan, you should! Rest in Peace Ronnie James Dio.

This is not a literary masterpiece but I sure did enjoy the heck out of it.

It was good but it seemed like reading an interview rather than a biography.

If you're a fan you'll really enjoy it. Non-fans... I don't know if there's much for you here... Either way, I found it to be emotional and fun and reaffirming of my love for Dio.
