It is SO bad I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I give you a 1.

Harlan Coben is always a good read for me. This one was no different. So many twists and turns.

Kat is a detective herself and trying to find out who killed her father. Her best friend also signed her up for a dating site which leads her to a picture of her ex-fiance. Having never really gotten answer before to what happened to end it, she reaches out but gets a very vague response. She also finds herself being pulled in to the case of a missing woman who was also on the same dating site.

This one kept me pulled into the story and finished it rather quick.

Typical Coben. Fast, mindless road trip listen that kept me engaged and had an interesting final twist.

Not up to his usual standard but it was a quick and easy read for a time I needed something somewhat compelling and dependable to take me out of a reading slump (yes, reading slumps for me are a rare sighting but they do exist). I was a little annoyed with Kat as she really shouldn't have been so gullible and quick to believe what happened to her and others but it all tied together in the end. Still working on if I liked the ending.

Oh, and one reported on the poor editing on the writing, especially near the end, and while that didn't bother me, I was annoyed by the use of the phrase "baited breath" as it didn't seem the protagonist had fishy or wormy breath. :-)

There must be something wrong with me lately. The last three or four books I've read, I have not really enjoyed. There are no surprises. I was able to figure all of this out long before Coben even gave clues. It seems long and drawn out and almost tedious in places. I needed a good mystery, and this one, although I very much enjoy Coben's work, didn't fit the bill.

I devoured this in an afternoon. It was a fast paced, enjoyable thriller where the two main plots came together well (albeit conveniently).
