Piper is just a precious human being, a great verbal story teller. And that story telling is even better in a written form?? I loved this book, it’s actually become one of my all time favorites ever. It had me laughing and crying every so often.

Also Odrins story was filled with so many different emotions, i love his character and i love this story. Im so excited to continue reading this series.

This was the self-published version, so there were a few lil editing mistakes. It took me a bit to get invested, but then I really loved it! There’s so much to explore in this series

took me a few months longer than I would've honestly liked, but overall a good book :) middle was a little slow (not unnecessary, though, just not as attention grabbing as the beginning or end) but resolves and issue well and leads into the next book well! overall not an absolute horror of a book to read

Not for me but had great moments. I liked Amaris. Will not be finishing the series though

Kind of difficult for me to get into due to the writing style and typos,  but the plot is interesting and unpredictable.

This book has everything I love. Action, romance, creativity and incredible worldbuilding. Is it the most amazingly written book out there, with no typos in sight or grammatical errors for its first edition? No, but it’s absolutely a passion project with a very loved story and exactly what I’ve been wanting in a good fantasy book for ages. This has everything I love on a modern fantasy author with the things I’ve always found missing from the most popular books out there. I look forward to the rest of the series with eager anticipation.

The premise is very interesting but I couldn’t decide how I felt about one of the two main characters which made it hard to read half the book. It was also incredibly long. Unsure if I’ll continue the series or not.
