The glossary chapter I hated so much. I wrote on almost every paper of that chapter, just editing the wrong or misleading or reductive information. The rest of the chapters are completely fine. Granted it's basically only American trans history in the 20th century, but those chapters are accurate and informative. But I cannot recommend this book, especially to cisgender people, because of how bad the glossary chapter is.
Moderate: Transphobia
Minor: Colonisation
It's a book about trans history in America. It's hard to talk about that with mentioning transphobia and colonisation.
