I really loved this. It was difficult to read one scene in particular knowing the horrific, fatal accident that the Gaudreau brothers were just in, even though the end result was way different.

Rafael & Brittany
I enjoyed book two. It was a little heavier than book 1. What I loved the most was Brittany’s self discovery and the impact she had on the little girl she met in Sugar Valley. Rafael’s story was heavy to me but I love that he has Brittany and Mahogany Heights to love on and care for him.

I ❤️ BRITTANY! her energy, her honestly, her vulnerability and her mouth. Babes is blunt & too the point with everyone, but also funny & sincere. Britt struggled with insecurities, and Raf struggled with knowing himself and people pleasing. Friends to lovers and he fell first. Ahh the relatability in these characters. I am loving The Heights!

This book gave me all the feels! I loved it! Brit was driving me a bit insane at times but I really did like her. Her wanting to help is what makes people love her. It just can be overbearing when she feels wronged. I enjoyed RAF and love that he admitted to loving Britt as more than a friend way before they linked back together. It was a good mix of friends to lovers/ 2nd chance romance. I really enjoyed this book!

Not one of my favorites. Felt no chemistry between the main characters which was unfortunate given they had unique backgrounds. But I just did not believe in them as a romantic couple. Disappointed

I absolutely loved this book. There was about 5 minutes in chapter 12 where Brittany was pissing me off. Then she got better lol.
