I never buy pop psychology books or, if I do, I never finish them. I didn't expect to like this one, but I did.
I highly recommend it, especially if you've been in therapy for people pleasing, fear of rejection, or other interpersonal problems. Read with an open mind!
Also a very easy read.

Liked a lot of the worldview, but can't accept everything.
Changed me in a lot of ways.

A young man and a philosopher have a dialogue about how to lead the best life, based on Adler's principles.
A lot of the ideas have really stuck with me, such as the idea that there's no such thing as trauma. People can give any meaning they like to various life events. You don't bave ti be stuck in the same cycle you have been. I'll try to incorporate some of the elements of this book into my life
