Μια σύντομη ιστορία που ακολουθεί την παλιά και δοξασμένη συνταγή του αποκλεισμού μιας ομάδας ανθρώπων από τον έξω κόσμο, χωρίς δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας και με ένα θάνατο να περιμένει εξήγηση από τον παρόντα ντετέκτιβ.

Ευκολοδιάβαστο και διασκεδαστικό για ένα απόγευμα αλλά σίγουρα όχι από τα κορυφαία αστυνομικά καθώς η λύση στο τέλος ήθελε καλύτερο "χτίσιμο". Η έκταση του βιβλίου δεν βοηθάει και έτσι μοιάζει σαν η συγγραφέας να βρέθηκε σε αδιέξοδο και να έδωσε μια "deus ex machina" λύση.
