O Boże jak ja to kocham. Nigdy nie sądziłam, że będę simpować do wrony. To było takie cudowne. Kocham Lore’a. Potrzebuje już teraz kolejnej części. Potrzebuje więcej Fallon i Lore’a.

This is absolutely my newest obsession. I loved how this started out with you kind of thrown into the story, and learning as go navigate the world. Fallon is in a fallen from grace family, living with her mother who isn’t there and her grandmother. Her grandfather works at the palace but she doesn’t see him. She’s a maid at an inn and is bffs with the prince. She finds out through a prophecy that she is destined to find the crows and release them. This story is full of great banter, characters, and relationships that flourish.

This was my first book by Olivia, and it was weird but I am here for it. There’s something about the writing that’s a bit weird, I can’t quite put my finger on it, but I’m into it. It’s not a bad weird.

The story was is like Celtic medieval Italy inspired but with crows and that’s so strange to write but it works. Fallon is absolutely annoying at times, but she also seems to become more self aware of her naivety and stubbornness over time and it’s actually kind of funny. Dante is the worst and I hope a sea serpent bites his little toes off. Crows are my new favourite🐦‍⬛

don't know how to feel but I know one thing. I want more. Great writing. The protagonist was annoying at times.

FMC is annoying. This book is way too “boy” centered and what a shame because the Italian and Celtic themes could be so great. Will still read the next book.
