A great version of the 7 Habits for children! I read this with my 6yo. She really enjoyed listening to each story. We didn't rush through, just savored it and thought about them.

What a great way to teach kids basic principles for how to behave and think! I'll definitely be incorporating this into my classroom this year.

We listened to this on Sunday, to church and back. There are 7 short stories about these different animals and they all tell a simple story about one of the 7 habits. Jane & Isaac enjoyed all of them and seemed to pick out the overall message on each. I think we could dig a little deeper into each habit in the future.

The stories themselves are mediocre [2.5 stars, at the most] but the parent tips, discussion questions, and tips for children at the end of every story bounces this book to a four. It's a great starting point for parents/teachers when they're introducing the seven habits to children - or when you're just looking for some easy character building lessons! The illustrations were pretty neat and detailed, which was an unexpected plus.

Interesting presentation and probably good to have your kids listen to for discussion purposes. Not sure thought exactly which 7 habits were which in a few instances, therefore I'd recommend reviewing the 7 habits book before diving into this.
