I liked the things this book taught me. I also liked that it came with lively examples and experiments from the author itself. Comes across as sliiiightly self-aggrandizing, but then you get to the next paragraph and it's ok. Most lasting lesson from this book: Getting into the 'zone' is what consistently leads to a happier life.

Rather slow and covered a lot of topics. Worth listening to, but would have preferred if it were a little less in depth/repetitious.
