The book contained a lot more of the contestant's individual stories than I expected, but still had a lot of good tips and useful health information. I enjoyed the recipes very much and look forward to trying them out in the very near future! The basic exercises included are a good foundation for beginners, but would also help those who exercise regularly get back to the basics. I would recommend this book as a healthy reference to have on hand.
