Storms....I can't even say how much I loved this!!! Okay so 100 Days of Sunlight is one of my favorite books EVER!! And I had bee thinking lately how much I would love a sequel. Well waddya know, a couple weeks later I found out about this book!!! Then I had to wait months for the release date. So hard. And then!! I pre-ordered the paperback but Amazon is being lame and is holding my book hostage so I gave in and read the sample on Kindle....so obviously I had to buy the Kindle ebook. Totally worth it.

Oh. My. Lands. Tessa and Weston are my favorite couple ever!! They're so cute together. I love how they call each other Tes and Wes. Lol so cute...and that snowball fight in the beginning?? My heart melted. Alright maybe my heart was a melted puddle the whole time. Like a snowman in the sun (lol bad simile?). My heart did break just a little bit (a lot) throughout the middle.....but it's all good now :D this was such a perfect Christmas book!!! Christmas books are my favorite

Abbie Emmons returns with the perfect holiday sequel to her debut novel, 100 Days of Sunlight! Cute, romantic, and witty, Tessa and Weston: The Best Christmas Ever is one of those books that makes you want to put on warm jammies, grab a blanket and hot chocolate or cider, and snuggle up to read by the fire. Pulling readers back into this wonderful world of young love and hope, sparks fly as soon as you read the first line and only grow brighter the further into the novel you venture!

“That sunny September day when I first truly saw him was only the beginning. I didn’t think it was possible to love him more than I already did, but in that moment, I fell completely head over heels. And my life has never been the same since.” ~ Abbie Emmons

Tessa and Weston have been together for three blissful months; however, with the holidays approaching, their exciting new love is put to the test when Tessa’s mom unexpectedly arrives a few weeks earlier than expected, and Weston struggles to feel worthy of Tessa’s love. Head over heels for one another but unsure if the other feels the same, Tessa and Weston separately vow to make their first Christmas together the best, but will their past hurt and inner fears cause them to move further apart rather than closer together?

“No. I’m not going to lose her. I’ll be the best boyfriend she’s ever had. The best boyfriend she’ll ever have. I’ll show her that we can have a perfectly normal relationship, just like other couples. Nothing awkward or different. I’ll prove to her how much I love her. And I’ll start by making this her best Christmas ever.” ~ Abbie Emmons

With stunning writing, swoon-worthy poetry, and many laugh out loud moments, I was swept away by this novel! Abbie Emmons exceeds all expectations and delivers a refreshing story of romance beyond the puppy love we tend to experience in high school (though there is no absence of puppies

It was SO CUTE!! The cozy Christmas aesthetic, Weston and Tessa’s relationship, the ending—adorable, all of it. I feel like the conflict was resolved a little suddenly at the end, but I read this for the cutesy romance anyway, so I didn’t really mind.

This is a simple yet cute novel to read. I still love the characters: Tessa and Weston. They are flawed by great chracters. What I like about Abbie's writing style is that it is simple and easy to understand. Looking forward for the physical copies of the book.

PS: Abbie's a great audiobook narrator!

This was cute and some parts were fun and made me laugh but it was also a little annoying at times. The dialogue in the beginning felt way too cheesy and unnatural and the writing wasn’t nearly as 100 days of sunlight. I endnotes the Christmas scenes though and the subplot of Tessa and her mom’s relationship.
