von Radics' poetry has clearly matured and evolved, and this is her best collection to date.

If you are a teenager who has experienced heartbreak (especially recently), you might like it. Proceed. Otherwise, I do not recommend it. It's a collection of poems all about love and heartbreak so I didn't find it relatable at all and it didn't move me.

This book was emotional and relatable.
My favourite poems was 'To the protester outside of the clinic who called me a murderer'

Not my favourite collection as I couldn't identify with most of the poems.
I did think the writing as beautiful.
"My healing is ugly".. That will stay with me.

Definitely a post-heartbreak book. Inspires to own up emotions. Loved reading every bit of it!

this is the first full clementine von radics collection i've read, after years of reading their work here and there on the internet! i loved these poems and i saw myself in a lot of them! their style of writing is one i really connect with, love the specificity in a lot of these lines!

“this morning i woke up so in love with you i didn’t know what to do with my body, [...] i just woke up one morning and you were the blood in all my poems.”
