I liked the story and definitely enjoyed listening to the audiobook, but the reader regularly flubbed players names taking me out of the story

Went out and bought a 2016 All Star jersey straight after finishing this. What a guy.

Part of it were pretty cool, but a lot of it was a rehashing of stuff anyone who followed the All-Star game story remembers. Also, there are lots of glowing references to Patrick K*ne, which I can understand given their history as teammates but were still unpleasant to keep coming across.

A very light, easy read. Could maybe have been a bit more detailed. Still a fun story of John's life and pretty well written. Would recommend to any hockey fan.

This is a really good book and a great insight however I went in with far too high of expectations that this book could never have lived up to
